KRISP Systems Group might merge with another business. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that KRISP Systems Group, a line of business of KRISP Systems Group, or substantially all the assets of KRISP Systems Group are transferred, customer information may well be one of the transferred assets. KRISP Systems Group will make reasonable efforts to provide notice on the Site and to notify you via email to the most recent email address that you have provided to KRISP Systems Group of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.

If KRISP Systems Group decides to change its privacy policy, KRISP Systems Group will post those changes on KRISP Systems Group’s Site so KRISP Systems Group’s users can remain aware of what information KRISP Systems Group collects, how KRISP Systems Group uses it, and under what circumstances, if any, KRISP Systems Group discloses it.
